The tennis courts at the Beverly Golf & Tennis Club are managed by Bass River Tennis Club.

The management and tennis professionals of the Bass River Tennis Club are pleased to be running all staffing, maintenance and programming operations for these fine outdoor clay courts.

Bass River Tennis Club has been in operation since 1971 and boasts an exceptional indoor facility. We are pleased to bring our expertise to the outdoor courts at the Beverly Golf & Tennis Club.

SUMMER ADULT PROGRAMS 2018 at Beverly Golf and Tennis

Bass River Tennis is proud to be running this 10-week program again this year.
It begins June 4th and runs through August 19th, 2018.


Morning Clinic Times:
Monday 9-10:30am / Level 3 Ladies Clinic
Tuesday 9:30-10:30am / Level 1 Ladies Clinic
Tuesday 10:30-12:00pm / Level 2 Ladies Clinic
Thursday 9-10:30am / Level 4 Ladies Clinic
Thursday 10:30-12:00pm / Level 2 Ladies Clinic

Evening Clinic Times:
Monday 5:30-6:30pm / Level 1 Adult Clinic
Monday 6:30-8:00pm / Level 4 Adult Clinic
Tuesday 5:00-6:30pm / Level 2 Adult Clinic
Tuesday 6:30-8:00pm / Level 3 Adult Clinic

Summer Rate of $140 for Level 1 (Full 11-week program)
Summer Rate of $196 for Levels 2-4 (Full 11-week program)
*The cost reflects the probability of vacation time taken by the clinic participants.

Clinics are held outdoors at Beverly Golf and Tennis, 134 McKay Street. In the event of inclement weather, classes will move to Bass River, if court space permits. Please check with your Teaching Pro if you unsure of what level to sign up for or email Haven Carr


Level Key:

Level 1 – Pure beginner tennis player. No or very little formal instruction. Maybe never played.
Level 2 – Has the basic strokes. This Player can maintain a rally. Ready for singles and doubles basic strategy.
Level 3 – Has basic strokes mastered. Can maintain form and beginning to develop consistency. USTA 2.5
Level 4 – Our most advanced group class. Developing elements like pace, spin and placement. USTA 3.0+.
