Our popular Junior and Adult Clinic programs are session-based classes. There are no drop-ins or trial visits permitted. This is to protect the integrity of the program and ensure every participant has the best possible experience.
Once a participant is registered for Session I clinics in September of the new indoor season, those participants are “auto enrolled” for subsequent sessions unless a parent (junior program) orplayer (adult program) withdraws from the next session. We do this to guarantee a players’ spot is locked in for the season and they cannot lose their spot at any new session transition.
Reminders of the auto rollover generally begin with about four weeks remaining in the current session. Announcements are made in our lobby. Emails are sent by either the Junior Coordinator or the Pro running our adult class and we list the policy on our website. It is up to the parents of our junior players to notify us if they do not intend for their child to continue with the next session. The same goes for our adult clinic participants. Failure to notify us of a withdrawal by the session deadline will incur a $25 processing fee to refund a credit card. There are no refunds for clinic programs once the session has started. The club may reconsider this policy in the event of injury or a medical issue that prohibits participation and/or a replacement participant is able to fill the open slot.
